✔️ CRM Updates (for existing clients only) – Need tweaks to your workflows, forms, or templates? We provide ongoing system updates for clients whose accounts we originally set up.
✔️ CRM Reset & Rebuild – If you’re switching CRMs, we will erase all existing workflows, forms, questionnaires, and automations to start fresh. This service requires an additional fee.
Please Note:
We do not modify or build on top of someone else’s work. If you already have a CRM setup, you must agree to a full reset for us to proceed.

General FAQs
1. Do I need to book a consultation before purchasing a service?
Yes, all systems and social media services (aside from DIY downloads) start with a 1:1 Discovery Call, which helps us assess your needs and create the best strategy for your business.
2. Do you work with product-based businesses?
We specialize in service-based businesses, including coaches, consultants, and small business owners. If you sell products but also offer services (e.g., coaching, consulting), we may still be a good fit.
3. What social media platforms do you manage?
We manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. If you need help with another platform, let’s discuss your needs during the discovery call.
4. Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?
No. Our full-service social media management requires a 3-month minimum commitment to see results, but our à la carte services are one-time purchases with no commitment.

5. What is included in your full-service social media management?
Our social media management covers content creation, scheduling, engagement, and analytics to help you maintain a consistent online presence. Depending on your package, you’ll also receive custom graphics, captions, and strategy adjustments.
6. Can I purchase social media graphics only without full management?
Yes! Our Graphic Design Package allows you to order 8 or 12 custom social media graphics per month for DIY posting.
7. What is included in the Social Media Content Calendar?
You’ll receive a 30-day posting plan, including strategic captions, a posting schedule, and content themes tailored to your brand.
8. Do you create short-form video content for Reels and TikTok?
We don’t record or edit videos, but we offer a Reels/Short-Form Video Planning service that includes 10 scripts, trending audio suggestions, and content ideas to help you create engaging video content.
CRM & Systems Services FAQs
9. Do you offer CRM setup for existing 17hats users?
We only set up new 17hats accounts or offer full resets for existing users. If you already have workflows, forms, or automations in place, we will need to erase all existing data to ensure a clean setup. This is an additional fee.
10. Can you make small updates to my CRM if I already have a setup?
Yes, but only for clients whose CRM we originally set up. We offer CRM Updates as an à la carte service for workflow optimizations, email templates, and minor system tweaks.
11. What does your CRM setup include?
Our New CRM Setup & Automation service includes:
- Workflow automation (e.g., lead nurturing, invoicing, contracts)
- Lead management organization
- Online booking page setup
- Automated email templates
- System training + 30 days of post-project email support
12. Do you work with CRM platforms other than 17hats?
Yes, we primarily work with 17hats, but we can discuss alternative platforms (Honeybook or Dubsado) if needed.
Billing & Policies FAQs
13. What are your payment terms?
- Half of the full payment (50%) for all à la carte services before we begin. Non-refundable.
- For full-service social media management, we require a 50% deposit upfront, with the balance due monthly.
14. Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final. If you have concerns about your service, please reach out so we can address them.
15. How long does it take to complete a CRM setup?
Most CRM setups take 2-4 weeks depending on the complexity. You will receive an estimated timeline during your discovery call.
16. Can I upgrade my service later?
Yes! If you start with an à la carte service and later decide you need full-service management, we can apply a portion of your initial payment toward an upgraded package within 30 days.
17. Do I have to work with your Virtual Assistant, Kiki, for my CRM setup?
Yes. Kiki, our Operations Manager, is included in every CRM setup and update to ensure your system is set up properly and functions smoothly.
This does not mean you need to replace your current virtual assistant. Our VA is an added bonus during the setup process to make sure your documents, online booking, automated workflows, and client processes are correctly implemented.
We handle all system communication in-house for efficiency and consistency. After the contracted period, you’re free to discontinue working with our VA if you choose. However, we’ve found that many clients appreciate ongoing support since system-related tasks can be easy to forget or require adjustments over time.
